Private Charter Junk Yacht Cancellation Policy

A cancellation of the private charter by a customer (passenger) is possible under the following conditions:

  • A 30-day cancellation notification before the date of the private charter 100% reimbursement for the paid amount.
  • Under 30 days but not less than 14 days before the date of the private charter we will reimburse 50% of the paid amount.
  • Under 14 days before the date of the private charter and no show up for the booked a private charter until 60 minutes after the scheduled departure time – no refund will be paid.
