Pricing: 8,500 THB per person (adult, child, and infant) for up to 18 people on board. (Excludes the VIP & Master Cabins)

100% is required to secure a booking.

Terms & Conditions

• If we cannot sail safety due to bad weather, HYPE reserves the right to cancel the trip.
• HYPE can offer to postpone the trip or refund 100% of the full amount.
• HYPE reserves the right to alter or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment breakage or failure, weather or water routes that are unsafe to operate in.
• Should we cancel your trip, an alternative date will be offered, or you will receive a full refund.
• Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the cruising date; the charter fee will not be refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the cruising date; 50% will be refunded.
• For any other cancellation made more than 72 hours prior the cruising date; 10% set-up fee will be deducted.
• NO SHOW 100% of the charter fee will be charged.

INSURANCE:

• The company provides personal insurance covering all our guests for any unexpected accident that may happen during the excursion. A copy of all the guest’s ID or passport is needed for the confirmation.
• Swimming is allowed at the guest’s own risk, HYPE provides life jackets on board but if the guest doesn’t use them, we will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION:

• Children and infants are the responsibility of their legal guardians and should be supervised at all times.
• Each trip is different depending on the tide levels and weather conditions.
• The timing may change, depending on the destination, the tide levels and weather conditions.
• Our trips are not recommended for senior citizen over 70 years old, pregnant women. If something happens, it would not be HYPE’s responsibility.
• People who are suffering from any medical or physical disability, high blood pressure or heart condition are advised to consult their doctor before joining the excursion.
• Alcohol will not be sold to minors under 20 years old.
• Please do not take any unnecessary belongings or valuables during the trip as HYPE will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.
• Pets are not allowed on board.
• Bringing any Food and beverages on board is prohibited.

DANGER & OTHER RISKS:

• Drugs and weapons are prohibited on board.
• Jumping from the boat is prohibited.
