The Ethical Elephant Green Sanctuary Krabi is situated amongst lush green jungle, palm, and banana plantations surrounded by sheer limestone cliffs. Join the tour walk around, bathe, and play in the jungle water pools.
Walk freely with elephants Llly and Wasna around the jungle and enjoy watching them play in the pond. The Ethical Elephant Green Sanctuary Krabi owners and staff are passionate about the beautiful elephants they look after. The staff live in the sanctuary watching over the elephants 24 hrs a day. The Sanctuary is located near the National Park Khlong Thom Nuea Krabi and next door to Tiger Cave.

The knowledgeable, local guides are passionate about elephant welfare and conservation. They love to share their knowledge and answer any questions you may have.
They do not offer activities such as elephant rides, performances, or bathing shows, which can harm the elephants’ physical and mental health.

Lily
The adorable young elephant is named Lily and she is 20 years old. She is fun, mischievous, playful, and likes to play just like a child! Lily especially likes to eat sugar cane, bananas, and delicious fruits. Young elephants eat a lot and Lily does too! An elephant’s diet needs to be mostly natural vegetation and forest grasses are Lily’s favorite. Every day Lily eats 300 kilograms of food which keeps her healthy and strong for a growing elephant!!
Wasana
The beautiful elephant named Wasana is aged 47 years. Her name means Good Fortune and she is calm, kind, gentle, and wise. As she began to age, she walked a little slower, perhaps from the many years of hard work, she now likes to take life at her own pace.
She has a wonderful temperament, eating all types of grass and vegetation. Her favourites are fruit and sugarcane. She loves her food and consumes a lot which is a sign she is strong and healthy. When the weather is hot she loves to stroll over to the pond to enjoy a lovely long refreshing bath to cool down.

Below are three tour options to choose from. Half-day tours are 4 hours in duration and a Full-Day tour 8 hours in duration.
The options include a Half-Day tour ONLY at the Ethical Elephant Green Sanctuary Krabi or an opportunity to join that to visit the famous Emerald Pool, which is a popular destination, the Hot Springs and a Waterfall.
The Full-Day tour includes time with the elephants, making medicine herbs, the famous Emerald Pool, the Hot Springs and a Waterfall.
