Hong Island is in Southern Thailand, just off Krabi. It is part of the Krabi Islands and takes approximately 40 minutes from Nopparatthara Beach. Hong Island is known for its enchanting beauty, the limestone cliffs that surround it, and its clear emerald green waters with white powdery sand.
Hong Island comprises Hong Island, Hong Island Lagoon, Koh Lading, and Koh Lading Lagoon. The islands are in the Thanbok Khorani National Park in Krabi, Thailand.
Hong Island offers a fabulous snorkeling opportunity, and its pristine waters facilitate the easy identification of marine life.
Koh Lading and Koh Hong Lagoon also offer a fabulous snorkeling experience. Emerald green waters and white powdery sands surround the Hong Islands.
Take the adventurous hike to the viewpoint via a metal staircase or the Nature Trail. To reach the Hong Island viewpoint takes approx. 30/45 minutes.
For those less adventurous, relax around Koh Hong Bay or the restaurant area outside of the hot sun.
The tour is private; therefore, it is very flexible; therefore, if you choose to stay longer on Hong Island before visiting the next island, it is purely up to the customer. This is why there are no timings set in the itinerary.
Hong Island’s Private Luxury Longtail Boat Tour
The Luxury Longtail Boat has undergone modifications to facilitate relaxation at the front, eliminating the need for a shaded area. Cushions surround the boat, allowing you to comfortably lie down or sit. The luxury longtail boat is larger than the VIP longtail boat.
The longtail boat’s interior is a spacious, cool, covered area. The area features comfortable benches and a sturdy table designed to accommodate drinks and food.
The engine area is closed off from the seating area to cut out the normal noise of the longtail boat engine.
We provide a large icebox filled with ice to store drinks or food.
